Paint Out and Exhibition in Seton Hill Neighborhood

We are seeking artists for an art market and “En Plein Air” as a part of our Second annual French Festival on October 8th between 12-5.
St. Mary’s Park is the largest green space in downtown Baltimore, located between Paca St., St. Mary St., Druid Hill Ave., and Franklin St. Seton Hill was once considered the French quarter in Baltimore. The festival includes French themed food vendors, Musical acts, and a kid’s area.
Artists may work on location within the borders of Seton Hill from 12-4. At 4:00 artist will be invited to display and sell their work inside the park. You must provide your own way to display your artwork.
Registration is free but artists must register in advance to be sure of space availability.
  • Seton Hill is between Eutaw St, Martin Luther King Blvd, Madison and Franklin.
  • Artists may work in the community anytime between 12-4.
  • You may sell other artworks at the location you are working in.
  • The festival is from 12-5 Artists must supply their own means to display their work and are responsible for their individual sales. There is no commission requested.
  • Parking: There is limited on street parking. There are several parking lots.
  • Restroom facilities: inside community building

If you are only interested in exhibiting/ selling your work a deposit of 25$ is required in order to reserve a 10 foot space along the fence. If you come and exhibit your work you will receive your deposit check back in full. Please contact me if you are interested.
